On February 1-3, 2023, the 18th edition of RemaDays Warsaw took place at Ptak Warsaw Expo. The international advertising and printing fair was organized on an unprecedented scale.

Thirty thousand visitors, five hundred exhibitors, thirty speakers and 50,000 m2 of exhibition space – this was the 18th edition of RemaDays Warsaw organized at Ptak Warsaw Expo. The well-known advertising and printing fair was organized for the first time on such a large scale, with such a significant participation of the international audience.

The power of possibilities RemaDays Warsaw

The plan of RemaDays Warsaw 2023 was composed in such a way that both visitors and exhibitors “pulled out” as many business-changing solutions as possible from the event. For the participants, it was the most important European platform, allowing them to expand the base of contractors, learn about innovations and new technologies, as well as a meeting of both leaders and newcomers in the advertising and printing industry. Thanks to the event, the exhibitors directed their offer to a refined group of recipients, shortening the sales process and establishing new business relationships. All this with a significant reduction in marketing costs.

Rema Congress 2023 changed the industry

One of the most important elements of RemaDays Warsaw was the Rema Congress conference. Its participants could take advantage of the knowledge of experts who have been operating in the industry for many years. On three stages (Marketing, Printing, Exhibitors) they enriched their knowledge, learning about the latest trends, innovations and solutions that increase competitiveness and position themselves among the premium brands on the market.

On the Exhibitors’ Stage, experts talked about how to sell premium products nowadays, what the 3D refinement technology is and how to design to achieve the intended effect, and what haptics are. One of the greatest experts in business, Krzysztof Sarnecki, on the Marketing Stage, spoke about fundamental market changes related to the mentality of the youngest generations. Łukasz Matyński – Head of Client Services & Partner Media Choice – shared what the future of advertising campaigns looks like – trends that change the strategy.

Considerations on the Printing Stage oscillated around the topic of self publishing, DTF, screen printing or the use of UV 3D spot varnish. There was also the topic of VAS, a system for assessing the visual effectiveness of advertising projects based on AI.

The theme of Rema Congress composed in this way was a guarantee of the satisfaction of visitors and exhibitors.

We are starting the great countdown to the 18th edition of RemaDays Warsaw 2023! From February 1-3, Ptak Warsaw Expo will become the European capital of advertising and printing. RemaDays Warsaw 2023. Not only business, but also education

One of the most important aspects of RemaDays Warsaw 2023 is the educational element, implemented with the help of the Rema Congress Conference. This is a three-day side event, divided into sectors according to the interests of visitors.

The Marketing Room will host lectures by leaders who know everything about targeting advertising and promotional activities in the industry. Among them is Krzysztof Sarnecki, one of the most important business trainers and the creator of the 5th Generation of Sales. Iwona Bates, in turn, will talk about the differences in communication and advertising – Facebook vs. TikTok, and Emilia Mamet and Wojciech Bielecki will focus on venti-sized marketing.

Lectures will be held also in the Printing Room. Among the speakers will be Sabina Urban-Wierna, Vice President of PSSiDC, President of the Management Board of Tromar sp. z o.o., and Jacek Szydłowski, Vice President of PSSiDC, Regional Director of Sico Polska. The topic of their speech was “Modern Screen Printing – contemporary trends in the industry of printing on textiles and other materials”. Michał Czumaj from Sico will talk about DTF, the new dimension of printing.

The last of the hall is the Exhibitors’ Hall. Lectures will be delivered by Karol Froń (“How to sell premium products nowadays?”), Paweł Popenda and Marek Polanowski (“What is 3D enhancement technology? How to design to achieve the intended effect?”), Brygida Dzidek (“How to enrich consumer experience and build loyalty?”) or Agnieszka Kubacka, Marketing and Product Director at Ted Gifted (“The future is green and digital – international trends in the product industry”).

FAIR REPORT - ADVERTISING AND PRINTING SECTOR 2023

Based on the Polish and European arena, we have prepared a special report of the advertising and printing fair. Undoubtedly, the market of trade fair events has undergone major changes in recent years. The pandemic has significantly restricted life, including the functioning of enterprises. As we know, every fair, regardless of the industry, is an incomparable space for companies to present new products and services, as well as an invaluable knowledge base of experts.

Looking at events in the European field, we have 6 major events in the advertising sector. We are very happy to see how our Polish fair stands out from other countries. The clear leader is RemaDays Warsaw organized by Ptak Warsaw Expo. The event is huge compared to other events, as it occupies as much as 50,000 m2. For comparison, the German PSI in Düsseldorf trade fair covers an area of 29,000 m2, ranking second. The French CTCO-Promotional Garments and Gifts, with an area of 27,000 m2, have a slightly smaller format. A much lower value is presented by the PTE -Promotion Trade Exhibition held in Italy (15,000 m2) and the Promo GIFT in Spain (14,400 m2). At the end of the ranking is another Polish brand, Promo Show, with a range of almost 9,000 m2. Looking at the ranking, we are very happy that as many as two events from Poland were included in it, which is not the case with other countries.

However, looking at the number of exhibitors, we have a few modifications. The German PSI in Düsseldorf leads the ranking with 488 stands. An interesting turn occurs in the second position, because the Spanish event Promo Gift came out with a stake of 486 exhibitors. It was followed by the RemaDays Warsaw fair, with the value of 465 exhibitors. CTCO-Promotional Garments and Gifts has a much lower number (267) ahead of Promo Show (185). The ranking is closed by the Italian PTE – Promotion Trade Exhibition, which despite a large number of exhibition space, will present 165 exhibition stands.
